After making the reservation for a room for two people with single beds, they gave us a double bed room, and after an argument with the receptionist, he gave us no solution except to pay for another room. Terrible system management since they do not provide real information about the reservations made, and poor management by the hotel manager, since we spoke with her and she did not provide any solution other than paying double for another room and losing the reservation that had already been made.

Very disappointing experience with hotel betania My reservation was cancelled without a valid esplanation. The person who emailing me was extremely ynprofessional !with rude and unhelpful responses whenever i tried to resolve the issue.and they never offered any apology for the inconvenience they caused . I DON T RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE !!
