CLC Benal Beach

I am currently vacationing here. A very big disappointment. The apartment is in decline, all the door knobs are broken, and there are cockroaches in the room. No one takes responsibility. I do not recommend it.

Do not understand at all reviews about substandard apartments and dirty pool etc?! Don't you understand that these are privately owned apartments? You use booking as a landlord, booking has nothing to do with the accommodation as people seem to think. It depends on what you expect. If you pay for luxury, you get it, if you don't pay for luxury, you get what you've paid for. Our apartment where we live right now is clean and fresh. the pools as well. Don't know what you mean in reviews that say dirty pools. Close to everything, the beach with lots of restaurants. We are super happy!

Great stay until about to leave. My wife is disabled snd uses a wheelchsir havibg no mobility. I had parked our Spanish adapted vehicle overnight in a disabled bay until checkout as needed extra space for rear ramp. My wife has certified 75% disabity and Spanish card to certify this and blue badge applied for. Security staff, despite carpark having empty spaces,decided i was totslly i the wrong, issuing me with warnings snd despite actually seeing my wife's situation continued to berate mwe and were downright nasty. This is in totsl contrast totñ the vast majority of people we encounter in Spain snd thry should be ashamed of themselves. As a result will not use Benal Beach again.
