El Capistrano

Urbanisation is lovely but our apartment was old and outdated..furniture was tatty , poor quality throws on suite. Bathroom tiles patched with anything with a similar colour..water leaked on to the balcony below when having a shower...would definitely not recommend..ALSO. paid 50 euros pool key deposit, office was closed when we tried to return it even though it was in advertised office hours..we are still waiting for it to be repaid 2 wks after our return... they said it must be returned by post not bank transfer..I asked for proof of postage when sent..completely ignored...I'm not convinced I will see my money again..but I'm happy to be proven wrong...? People beware..

The surroundings were stunning, all really clean and flowers in bloom. Our apartment was lovely with our own little private pool and access to the resort one too. The accommodation was spacious with a nice bathroom. The only reason it wasn’t 5 star was some of the furniture was broken/dates and the appliances like the cooker were old and hard to use (couldn’t see the markings on the dial). El Capristrano is in a great location and east to park and drive to the town. We had a wonderful time.

Have to say cannot fault this place, very clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful in particular (Reiuz) i think is how his name was spelt on reception. Will definatley recommend to family and friends and hope to return again for a holiday.
