Cacks in the room 3 days out of 14 and incredibly poor communication and handling. No welcoming, no smiles from the staff frased a single receptionist and 2 ladies at breakfast. Only opportunity to eat inside. Many Russian guests. Sun bed with umbrella costs 20 euros per day. It costs 16 at the neighborhood and elsewhere it is free if you eat on site. Really unfortunate experience in an otherwise very nice city.

Hotel is really nice and good value, clean rooms, decent balcony and worth paying for a sea view, staff are really nice. Continental breakfast, again all good. Location is fantastic, really pleasant coastal town, not many tourists which was brilliant, very quite during the week, gets busy with the locals over the weekend again everyone was really friendly. Restaurants are all good and the staff really friendly. Malaga is about 40 minutes away on a bus, really easy to navigate and well worth a visit. Absolutely loved this holiday, hotel resort, food, everything really, highly recommended. Do not make the school boy error of leaving the balcony door open at night though…pesky mosquitoes had a field day!

Reception was not pleasant. Hassle over room. Room fine. Nice shower. Good bed. Dated. TV's not working. Internet is faltering. Safe deposit box charge. No coffee or tea making possibilities. Breakfast good. Launched is beautiful. Hotel couldn't be better. No disabled facilities. Must lean on stool to get off toilet. Or should hang on the sink. Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful balcony. Good bus connection.
