Poorly maintained rooms Towels that don't dry Dusty They say they have 24-hour reception, but at 12:00 or something, the door locks and it seems impossible to get in then. When the night manager opens the door, you can't go out anymore either. When we opened our hotel door at 12:30 AM, the alarm seriously went off. Then several loud guests try to get in because the door is locked and they have to bang hard on the glass. We felt trapped and think that these kinds of things must be communicated very clearly in advance so that people can decide for themselves whether they want to stay. We booked 3 nights and stayed for only 1 out of sheer necessity. We naturally did not get the money back.

What a lovely little hotel with simple amenities like Wi-fi and air-conditioning. No restaurants, swimming pool or gym but frankly, it's not needed because outside it's door step there is a beautiful large beach and loads of cafeterias and restaurants! The cleanliness of this hotel is 10/10 - excellent! I was so amazed with how extremely clean everything was. The beds were comfortable and the room was very large with a very big balcony which faced the beach & sea. The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and helpful too. If you're looking for a 'sleep only' type of hotel in Sabinillas, I highly recommend Doña Luisa.

The concierge was quite unpleasant to me; after staying there for more than a week, he pressured me quite rudely to leave the hotel before 12. They demand that you leave the hotel before 11.
