Hotel Vime La Reserva de Marbella

An excellent stay in every sense We have just returned from our stay at the Sercotel Vime La Reserva de Marbella and it has been a truly satisfying experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with great kindness and willingness, resolving all our questions and facilitating our check-in without any problem. It is clear that they take great care in their treatment of the customer. Regarding the cafeteria and the restaurant, we can only have good words. The staff is super attentive at all times, always making sure that we did not lack anything, with a smile and a warmth that is greatly appreciated. The food, moreover, was very delicious and well presented, and the atmosphere was very pleasant both for having breakfast calmly and for dining quietly. Another point I would highlight is the cleanliness of the hotel in general: the rooms were impeccable, the common areas were taken care of in detail, and everything had a great look that conveys a lot of confidence and well-being throughout the stay. In short, a hotel that we recommend without hesitation. The team makes the difference: kindness, attention, and professionalism in every corner, in addition to clean and well-maintained facilities. We will undoubtedly return on our next visit to Marbella.

Catastrophic, the bathrooms are way too small, no internet, too much noise from the neighbors, the breakfast is very poor, really very disappointed.
