Horrendous. ➖ DO NOT STAY HERE! Hercules Apt 343. Nothing like description or photos. A studio not one bedroom with double camper type bed and 2 single (1 of which was fold up) beds thrown on the floor. Definitely not big enough for 4 people. No balcony or terrace. No air con until 5th day in, when it came on after power cut with 25 degree and leaked water all over floor and bed until we left on Saturday as we couldn’t switch it off or change temperature. Had to keep a bucket under the leak and used bed sheets to soak up water. If it was not for the kindness of Trish Conroy from The Irish Pub in Ibensa Square who gave us a fan from her kitchen on our first night, the heat would have been unbearable. Bought food to cook as was meant to be self catering but cooker did not work, cooker and fan hood held with tape. No curtains and shutters did not close properly. Clothes left in washing machine before we arrived which then leaked large puddles during night from bathroom out to living room floor causing me to fall. Mould on sheets and “pillows” were very old smelly cushions stuffed into cases. Beds at pool cost €2 per bed per day, not advised of this in their ad. Light fittings coming away from ceiling. Reception staff would not help us at all as they said it was privately rented from owner and had to contact them. Despite raising concerns about the puddles of water mixed with electricity, they refused to assist or even come to the room. They would not allow us access to wi if, again as it was privately rented on booking.com. No cleaning all week but paid €25 extra for cleaning. Owner did not respond to calls, texts or mails all week to myself or company we booked through. Horrendous experience. I am not exaggerating when I say, do not spend your hard earned money on this disgusting apartment.

Basic apartment. Not equipped very well , minimum kitchen equipment. Not comfortable. Cleaner and change of linen once a week.Very small balcony. No WiFi. Quite clean. Would not go again.good central position for shops, bars, bus stops and railway station.

Studio itself was quite large with two beds, settee, dining table and four chairs. Unfortunately there was no comfort in the apartment. Very basic although plenty of storage. Kitchen lacked utensils and had only two pans plus frying pan. There was a television but had only Spanish channels. The balcony was tiny but we did manage to sit out at the table provided. Very basic.
