Marbella Club

There are places you always want to return to, and this is, without a doubt, one of them. Every time we have the opportunity to enjoy a few days here, both my family and I leave with the feeling of having lived a truly special experience. For the second consecutive year, we have been lucky enough to participate in the charity padel tournament of the Málaga Province Environment Foundation, a very special tournament not only for its charitable nature, but also for the beautiful meaning of being held in honor of Kenza's father. A beautiful way to keep his memory alive through sports, friendship, and solidarity. I want to thank the entire hotel team from the bottom of my heart for the affection and professionalism with which you have treated us, always treating us like family. A very special mention to Raquel Peña, Director of Wellness & Spa. Thank you, Raquel, for your warmth and affection, for taking care of every detail, for your professionalism, your willingness, and, above all, for your enormous human quality. It is a luxury to work with you and see how you manage to outdo yourself year after year. And, of course, thanks to Luis Nieto for the magnificent organization of the tournament, for the affection and dedication put into every detail and for making a sporting event become such a beautiful experience with so much meaning. Thanks also to Kenza for keeping this very special initiative alive and allowing us to be part of it for another year. Congratulations to everyone who makes it possible for days like this to be unforgettable. ❤️

My experience and that of my family could not be better every time we have the opportunity to spend a few days at the hotel. For the second consecutive year we participated in the foundation's charity padel tournament (Málaga province environment Foundation) and I would like to publicly thank the entire team for the attention received (Catering, organization, cleaning, maintenance...) with a special mention for Raquel Peña (Director of Wellness & Spa) for outdoing yourself every year, thank you for your professionalism, attention, willingness, and human quality. Congratulations on the good work.

We had been looking forward to this holiday for a long time, which is why we are especially disappointed with our experience. On our first night, we were given a room where the bathtub was covered with hair, which was a very unpleasant first impression. Even more frustrating, a family of birds had built a nest directly outside our room door, making it impossible for us to sleep. As a result, neither we nor our two young children (aged 2 and 4) were able to get any proper rest. The following day, I reported the issue, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They immediately offered us another room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, this room overlooks the bar, and we had to listen to loud music and the evening entertainment until 11:30 p.m. Once again, our 2- and 4-year-old children, as well as ourselves, were unable to get a good night’s sleep. I would like to emphasize that the staff, especially the colleague who assisted us, did everything they could to help, and everyone has been friendly and professional throughout our stay. However, despite their efforts, we are extremely disappointed. Considering the significant amount we paid for this holiday, we expected to be able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. Had we known in advance that we would spend both nights without being able to sleep properly, we certainly would not have chosen this hotel. In addition, the soundproofing of the rooms is very poor. Every noise from the corridor can be heard clearly, and we could also hear conversations and other sounds from the neighboring rooms, making it even more difficult to rest.
