Room 310. Will be extremely loud in the summer due to the amount of restraunts below your windows room and the smell of cigarette smoke will be off putting if you don’t smoke. Room smelled clean and beds were ok. Migal at the reception needs a new job a different career completely. He’s a rude obnoxious baby boy. Throws the key and passport grunted like a pig have no idea what he said. Didn’t tell us anything. So I did the same when I left yet he looked shocked. 🤣

I booked the NCH for 1 night but unfortunately I had to cancel as a family member decided to join me so we booked an apt, I cancelled the room 6days in advance but they said I need to cancel 1 week before I had forgotten all about that but didn't receive an email of my upcoming booking so it slipped my mind.It was st miguel Festival week so when I checked the hotel the night before there was no rooms available on the date I booked so they had used the room anyway just refuse to give any refund so be careful when booking most hotels allow.24hr cancellation for 1 nights stay.
