The hotel itself is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, the grounds are immaculate and very well maintained, the pool is excellent, and both the restaurant and breakfast are outstanding. The facilities truly deserve high praise. Unfortunately, what should have been an excellent stay was overshadowed by the attitude of parts of the reception and management team. Although they often present themselves as friendly, the kindness feels superficial, and several interactions came across as dismissive and rude. I would like to especially recognize Inma, who was consistently warm, professional, and genuinely kind. She made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Barbara was pleasant, although our interactions with her were limited. Dino, the manager, appeared courteous, but our overall experience with management was disappointing. The most unacceptable interaction was with Oscar. One morning, while the area around the pool was being watered, he approached us and loudly told us not to walk through it. His tone was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful, making us feel embarrassed rather than simply informed. A polite explanation would have been far more appropriate. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with beautiful facilities, excellent food, and a relaxing atmosphere. However, the poor attitude and lack of professionalism shown by parts of the reception and management team—particularly Oscar—left a lasting negative impression. A hotel of this quality deserves customer service that reflects its otherwise excellent standards.

Comfortable, well-maintained facilities and, above all, excellence in hygiene and cleanliness. An unbeatable staff, almost 1 week here and the staff is friendly, helpful, and very pleasant. 10/10 location, in short, I am returning in August and I am making this my new refuge for escape and rest. 100% recommended

Accommodation , service , hygiene , staff top . But changes are not always good. Automatic yogurt dispensor : yogurt totally not tasty and way too weak! Automatic pancake machine : tiny pancakes, sticky and not baked at all (dough flavour) Vending machine orange juice: used to be much better quality . Mirror eggs used to be daily now every two days? Breakfast loses quality , variety and , above all , charm through the use of vending machines as in large hotel chains . Breakfast back some upgrade and hotel gets from us excellent .
