Amazing hotel, dont hesitate to book. Stayed in a standard room, which was gorgeous, top end decor, mostly good food, always found something to eat, cheap drinks, lovely pools, roof top bar eith amazing views, good entertainment, walking distance to marina and promenade, would definitely return. Staff work very hard and always cleaning and very polite. Loved our stay. 👌

Idea location, Atmosphere - not alot unfortunately, reception staff very welcoming friendly and willing to help even when taxis needed they ordered for us, premium room- large room, great balcony, fab aircon, upgrade to premium not worth it, stated in booking mini fridge is replenished daily, consists of 2 bottles of water, bottle of fanta and a Pepsi, have to pay for the pop to be replenished daily water is free! Pillow menu, didnt get one,robes that were left for spa had holes in - towels ( blue ones) holes and stained also. Staff in the bars and in restaurant very rude, table service none existent, bar staff everything seem an effort even though quiet on the balcony level,kitchen staff very rude. Hotel as a whole, very large but cleaned very well in main areas, pools lovely , although quite a treck to the bars for drink/snacks. Roof top bar, only actually used one day for an hour, extremely hot warning do not attempt to walk to bar with no flip-flops on😂 the pool/ plung very small with metal flooring , bit strange but actually quite nice under foot again Veiw amazing from up there. Entertainment not great either unfortunately, went out every night as every thing is on doorstep. Room cleaners- clean on arrival, then only had done every other day, unfortunately the first 2 cleans the dirty bedding was just pulled back over each time on these days, rest of room floors balcony ect all cleaned 3rd clean, I had to strip entire bed to ensure clean sheet were put on, whilst this was done , no floors or sides seemed to be wiped on the days bedding was changed 🤷‍♀️. Would i return to hotel probably not paid £2700 10 nights for myself and husband bed and breakfast,with the upgrade to premium , the premium part definitely didnt seem worth it other than veiw ..but could just book and ordinary Seaview room for that .

Great location, great access to the beach and to main road.. Modern upgrade now very large hotel , nice friendly staff. We stayed in the top floor of block 2 on floor 6, we booked premium.. after asking for a high floor we had a lovely surprise to have a whole rooftop terrace with stunning Panoramic views overlooking the whole of the seafront and hotel pools.. it was massive and felt like we had the penthouse… Only negative about this rooftop balcony terrace as you walked out to the end it was covered in seagull droppings… which also went on the sun-beds, such a big area so understand this would be hard to control this and keep clean .. Inside the room we were a little disappointed with the standard of the cleaning. The coffee cups and glasses were never changed/cleaned all week. The floor was not cleaned very well .. having stayed at the sister hotel sirocco over the road for the last 2 years we noticed the difference.. also at the sirocco with premium we were given 2 soft drinks everyday as well as water, whereas at the Tritón it was just 2 waters everyday, we thought it would be the same at the Tritón.. The brasserie restaurant was nice and spacious and the food was great.. But if you wanted chicken/fish/meats etc from the grill area, you had to order at the grill and then stand for 10 minutes or more waiting for the chef to cook it . It was nice and fresh but it was so hot stood there at the grill while you waited .. not sure if it was the same process in the main restaurant? This is definitely a great family friendly hotel, lots of things going on for kids.. In all honestly we thought we had a slightly better experience at the sister hotel sirocco for the prices paid ..but that said it we still had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay..
