Valle Romano Resort

It was a disastrous experience; we stayed for a week, half of which the pool was closed. It is normal, since there are users who bathe without showering and with clothing not intended for swimming. There was always food missing in the restaurant. We had full board and decided to eat out several days because there were more people than food. On the day of arrival, there was food from the previous guests, and in the whole week, they only came to clean once and gave us rolls of paper with mold. Also, there is always noise, with security even having to come to call attention to it. I do not recommend it and would not return, as my daughter got a stye due to the conditions in which the facilities are found.

It is our third year staying at the hotel for our summer getaway. For us, the stay has always been good; the kids love it, and a big part of that is because of the activities and the entertainment provided by the team; we always want to highlight Ramon! Who makes sure the kids have a great time. The rest of the staff are very competent, to be honest, and this year we have noticed an improvement in the buffet. So we will definitely be back next year! I also want to mention Antonio, who was at the pool bar, always very attentive to everything!

We have had a wonderful vacation and we want to thank the entire hotel team for making our stay so special. In particular, we want to thank Iván, from reception, for his excellent treatment, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with a smile. And a very special mention for the entertainment team: Mirco, Ramón, Adrián, Marta, Miguel. You guys are machines! You managed to make sure that both the children and the adults had a great time. You are very approachable, fun, and treat everyone with a lot of affection. Thank you for your energy, your good humor, and for making our vacation even more special.
