It didn't work the air conditioning the maintenance looked at it and then it looked like it was going but at night it was cut off no people in reception 24 hours so we could not claim we passed a horrible heat The location away from everything Positive the huge rooms

Dismal attention and consideration. I made the reservation and on the way I called to say that I would be a little late to check in and they told me that they would not wait for me and that they canceled my reservation. I told them if they couldn't leave it somewhere and they refused. Surprise was that in the end I swore at the hotel next door and saw that the hotel velis had key lockers that they give you a code for your pickup and at reception puts on a sign chek-in 24 h 7 days a morning. Outrageous and more sanitizing that we traveled far with children and 7h on the way.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Velis. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The service was very pleasant, the cleaning staff was always friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay there again. Also for the price it is very good, it is also very well located.
