Hotel Vincci Seleccion Posada del Patio

We travelled with three other couples. All of us were very happy with the hotel, it's staff, and the facilities. Although we didn't get our first choice room on arrival, the staff sorted the issue quickly and we were delighted to move to the Essence suite the following day. Staff also awarded us a very generous discount for the inconvenience.

My 14 day stay at Vincci Selecction Posada Del Patio was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I checked in with Adi, she made me feel very welcome. Unfortunately my luggage did not arrive and was delayed for 3 days. The staff and the manager did everything possible to supply me with personal care products and inquired on a regular basis as to what the status of my luggage was. Miguel was also very kind and helpful, giving me pointers of what to do and where to go. I would highly recommend this hotel! Everybody was very nice including the staff at breakfast and the location is also great as it is close to everything and quiet. Lydia, one of the ladies providing tours, was also very helpful and provided me with information of places I visited during my stay. Muchas gracias a todos! Rosemary

Large portions so nice to share, delicious food and lovely service from Marina, Andrea, and Alberto!
