I arrived at 2030. The receptionist was very friendly (++). However, dinner was absolutely terrible. Mass produced food which by 2045 was cold or already eaten by earlier guests. As I sat eating my ‘dinner’ the staff started to prepare the tables for breakfast. I have no idea how this hotel has managed 3.9 on Trip Advisor. My room was very basic. No facilities to iron my shirt or prepare for business meetings. This is clearly a 70’s package holiday hotel stuck in a time warp. I didn’t think these places still existed.

A perfect stay, highly recommended. ​Impeccable experience. I highlight the kindness of all the staff, the speed of the check-in, and the excellent location of the hotel. ​The room was impeccable, very well soundproofed, and with a very comfortable bed that guaranteed total rest. The buffet, varied and with very fresh products. The best thing, without a doubt, is its beach bar: perfect for enjoying a fresh meal and a very good atmosphere right in front of the beach. ​A comfortable and modern place that we will definitely return to.

Very good service in general and a beautiful place. I want to highlight Sonia at the front desk and Ivan, who was very fun during the water activity. It's just that the solarium reserved for those over 16 is not just that. You have to be a guest of another level. In other words, there are different levels of service. And the place was totally empty, that is to say, there are preferences among the categories of visitors. I did not apply to enter despite it being empty. A shame. So don't just put adults, tell the truth.
