Vincci Malaga

The hotel is about a 45-minute walk from the center of Málaga. Parking garage has extremely small parking spaces. Hotel room functional and nicely furnished - bathroom small, shower-tub very small. Breakfast mediocre... not worthy of 4 stars. Staff friendly.

Room category (4 stars): Meets expectations. Cleanliness: Surface cleaning needs improvement. Breakfast: The cleanliness of the breakfast room and the dishes, as well as the quality of the offerings, are inadequate or rather borderline. Staff: The staff is friendly. Location: The location is sufficient for reaching the center and the old town by bus. The beach is publicly accessible. Price/performance: The price-performance ratio is to be classified as overpriced. There is neither a pool nor a sunbathing area available. Parking: The pricing for the parking lot varies at the discretion of the reception.

TOTAL SCAM!! The images do not show the reality. We arrived today for our 3-night stay, they gave us the room for 3 adults and it was a double to which they added a cot stuck to the bed, not even space to pass, when we made the complaint they told us at the front desk that that is how the rooms are and that the hotel does not have triples, it is a 4-star hotel without a pool, where have you seen that!!! The beach is far away, you have to cross a highway and walk, it is far from everything, the parking is minimal and they charge you very dearly for it, it goes without saying that we asked for a refund and had to go out to look for another hotel, a disaster!!! They ruined my finances and my stay in Malaga
