I've never seen rooms in hotels so dirty and dusty. The young guy from the friendly reception but the older man in the afternoons and evenings does not know how to treat the client and has no education.Notice how someone like that can work in front of the public.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. Both the owner and his daughter were quite unfriendly. The most disappointing moment was when I asked about breakfast, which was clearly mentioned on the Booking.com listing and even shown in the main photo. Instead of a simple explanation, I was treated very rudely. The owner mocked me by tapping his head and saying that “free” and “included” are two different things. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. At check-in, it would have been enough to clarify that a basic breakfast (just coffee, tea, and a piece of fruit) is included. Instead, he told me that my stay was “very cheap” (€28) and that he had to pay for the breakfast out of his own pocket. That was really hurtful. I drank the coffee but felt sick afterwards — not because of the coffee itself, but because of the entire experience.

the hotel is in a good position to visit the city; the rooms are not very well kept: the size is ok but the cleanliness is not great; a sheet was stained and the bathroom is very old with a proper mediocre bathtub. One night is enough.
