Parador De Ronda

Large room with view over the valley though this was not promised when booked. Very comfortable bed and great reception area and bar onto terrace looking over gorge below

Parador is in a great central location with nearby parks, restaurants, stores, and scenic areas. Staying in Ronda was a favorite of my tour thru Portugal and Spain.

Parking was easy (cut through the plaza into the archway where the front door is) and 22 euro a night. Rooms are not modern but they're big. Balcony view of the gorge is really worth it especially during sunset. We didn't have time for breakfast and they packed us 2 picnic bags which were honestly the nicest quality in terms of food for any grab and go hotel breakfast we've ever had. Looking forward to returning one day!
