Bahia De Alcudia

Not 4* as stated , it had a nice feel as you entered reception and staff were all friendly, rooms were snug , a net curtain as the wardrobe door suppose it did hide everything, 20 euros to hire a safe in a 4* I would expect this to be free, cleanliness was ok , we were on floor 3 and heard no noise at night in the corridors or from the entertainment, little noise from the road below but that was to be expected, the couple who ran the entertainment during the day and night time hats off to them they done a good job, pool area was limited to sunbeds as the beds round the pool were so big but so comfy if you could get one there was not many of them , we did to be fair get one every day but were at the pool side for 8.05am!!! Food was no where close to a 4* that we were expecting , everything was cold or luke warm , we are not fussy eaters so found something most nights but I would not say I enjoyed my meals everyday or night. I would like to say a big thank you to Marga on reception who supported me after a little fall , organised for me to go to hospital and get checked out and every day she was on reception always asked how I was doing. Would probably not visit the hotel again but will be back to Alcudia

Had a nice time at this hotel especially at the bar. The bar staff are really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Barto, Danny, Xisco, Biel, Biel and Maria. You guys are so great.

Went with my wife and her three sisters. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff there. Amenities ideal for our needs and close to the Port, beach and the Old Town was a short twenty minute walk. Couldn't find much fault with anything at the hotel. Special thanks for Melini and Deme the entertainment team and the bar staff in particular Marte for their attention.
