A very nice hotel with a beautiful bay. The beach is public. Two lounge chairs with a sun umbrella cost approx. 17 euros per day (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). There are pools at the main building and in the my favourites Club building. Lounge chairs and sun umbrellas are included there. The service is excellent. On the day of arrival, I received a friendly email from Maru (Deputy Manager). I felt very welcome and in very good hands beforehand. From beginning to end, everything was very well organized. Since the restaurant was already closed upon arrival, a lunchbox with a personal dedication was prepared. Maru is a very warm person. I was allowed to text her via WhatsApp at any time with questions or other matters. She always took a lot of time for me and other guests. Luggage was taken from you and brought to the room / reception (upon arrival and departure). All staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Regarding intolerances, they are very attentive to you. I had asked for a thicker blanket in advance - it was already in my room upon arrival. There was a personalized lunchbox for departure, since the transfer bus to the airport came very early. I would love to come back ❤ PS: unfortunately, it was too loud on the my favourites club terrace on the evening of 08/12. The singer and the music were too loud for the space 😉

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights at the start of August and was such a lovely experience. It was our first time here and a bit worried but this meet our expectations and more. The location is great, close to a few shops if needed and about 20 minutes walk to the Marina where you have a lot of places to eat and Mercadona for some shopping but there were also plenty of shops around. When we arrived, the staff ensured we have all the info, we booked 3 a la carte restaurants on the same day and definitely recommend for everyone to do the same. The room was lovely, plenty of space for our clothes (and I had a lot of stuff to bring), clean and spacious and the balcony had a gorgeous view. We had the My Favourite Club, which at first I had no idea what will provide but now I am happy we had this option. We could have our breakfast in the same building with our room and one of the pool areas, so we only had lunch and dinner in the main restaurant. For the 3 a la carte restaurants, there were all in the same buidling with our room. My partner's parents came with us and for them, this option was great as they didn't had to go up and down on the stairs all time, especially when we had 36-39 degrees. The staff were amazing, so friendly, polite and making sure we have all the support needed. I can't remember everyone's name but Rossuan and Mar were so lovely, made every interaction a pleasant one but that will go with everyone around. The food was nice and tasty, with so many options and was always fresh. The salt water in the showers and rooms wasn't so much of an issue as we had water bottles to use and didn't affect us at all. The location is close to a bus stop and easy to use the route. I enjoyed the stay so much and will definitely go back to this hotel.

We recently stayed here and, if I’m completely honest, we arrived feeling slightly apprehensive after reading some of the more negative reviews. We were wondering whether we had made the right choice and whether some of the complaints we had read about would affect our holiday. Thankfully, we really didn’t need to worry! From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend the hotel. One thing I’m normally not a fan of is buffet food. I often find buffets repetitive, lacking in quality, or simply not very enjoyable. However, I have to say that the buffet here genuinely surprised me. There was a really good selection of food, plenty of choice, and we found the quality to be very good. There was something different to choose from and we never felt stuck for options. It was much better than I expected and certainly changed my opinion of the buffet during our stay. Another thing we really liked was the convenience of the hotel’s app. It made things so much easier, particularly when it came to contacting the concierge and booking the à la carte restaurants. Being able to do this through the app was really useful and meant we didn’t have to keep going to reception or waiting around to arrange things. It was simple, convenient and made the whole experience feel very well organised. The location is absolutely amazing. There are plenty of good bars and places to go nearby, so you’re not completely reliant on staying within the hotel if you fancy a change of scenery. We really enjoyed having the option to head out and explore the surrounding area, while still having everything we needed at the hotel itself. I also have to mention the swimming pool because I genuinely don’t understand some of the complaints we read beforehand. We thought the pool was lovely! We had no issues whatsoever with finding somewhere to relax and enjoyed spending time around the pool. Obviously, everyone has different expectations, but based on our own experience, we really couldn’t understand why this was such a negative point for some people. The all-inclusive drinks were another highlight. The selection of drinks available at the bars was great, and we were very happy with what was included. The bars themselves were enjoyable and the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming, which really makes such a difference when you’re on holiday. The hotel was also very clean. Our room and the public areas were well maintained, and overall the hotel gave us a very good impression. Cleanliness is something I always notice when travelling, and I have absolutely no complaints here. We also treated ourselves to some time in the spa, which was brilliant. We had a facial and a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed both. It was a lovely way to relax and unwind during the holiday, and the spa was a real bonus for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I’m really glad we didn’t let the negative reviews put us off. I think sometimes reviews can give you an expectation before you arrive, but everyone’s experience is different, and ours was overwhelmingly positive. The food was good, the drinks were great, the staff were excellent, the hotel was very clean, the pool was lovely, the location was fantastic and the spa was a great addition. The app and concierge service also made everything really easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. If you’re considering booking but are worried because of some of the negative reviews, I’d honestly say to make your own judgement. We nearly let them put us off, and we would have missed out on a really enjoyable holiday
