The Green Garden Aparthotel is a "typical" all-inclusive family hotel. The welcome is very warm. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are okay. A bit dated and not much attention is paid to details. But they are clean and functional. There is a small kitchenette in the "apartments." We did not use it because we were on an all-inclusive plan. The service staff cleaned the room perfectly every day! The pool area is spacious. There are generally enough lounge chairs available. BUT!!! In the high season, it gets a bit tight with the lounge chairs. Furthermore, the lounge chairs are reserved in the morning by the typical package tourists with towels. The hotel explicitly points out that this is not allowed. However, the staff does not care about it at all. Lounge chairs are occupied with towels from the morning until the early afternoon without guests being present. Very annoying!!! Now for the food. The dining hall is quite large. Accordingly, there is a certain noise level! It is better to sit outside. However, the seats here fill up very quickly and you have to wait a while until you are assigned a seat. But the staff really tries hard here. However, you notice that they are reaching their limits here too due to the crowds. The food is distributed very poorly. Sometimes you cannot get through the aisles, or it is difficult to do so. The food is okay. As a rule, there is something for everyone. In the morning, however, the avid coffee drinker is somewhat limited. There are two coffee machines for all guests. Waiting in line is the norm. Apart from that, the coffee takes some getting used to. Simple filter coffee would be great here. Finally, a note regarding late checkout. I think it is not available during peak season. No separate rooms are provided for this. Accordingly, it is not possible to get a late checkout (up to 90 euros per room) during peak season. You are merely given the nice suggestion of using the luggage room and the public showers in the basement under the reception. These are used by all guests throughout the day. There is no lockable room where you can change and get ready for departure. You are practically standing in the hotel restroom area. This is not 4-star quality. A simple room for guests departing late would be appropriate at the very least. Less is often more. It is a good average hotel. There is room for improvement!

By and large, one has to say. The staff does a good job. We were here for 9 days and were well taken care of. I can recommend it.

The general state of cleanliness of the establishment and the rooms is unacceptable. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the refrigerator was leaking and giving off bad odors. In the bathroom, the seals were moldy and the woodwork was soaked with moisture. Upon our arrival we were "upgraded" to a pool view. I dare not imagine the state of the other rooms...
Several negative points ruined our stay:
Catering and entertainment: Repetitive buffet with no variety. Very basic entertainment.
Staff: The teams seem understaffed and exhausted, which results in visible weariness and a lack of professionalism.
Nuisance management: No supervision of guest incivility (abusive reservation of lounge chairs first thing in the morning, loud noise in the hallways in the middle of the night).
Finally, before our departure, we used the courtesy shower at the reception: dirty floor, no hooks to hang clothes, and a cleaning employee sitting on her phone instead of maintaining the premises.
The advertised standard is absolutely not met.
