Agua Beach Hotel

We specifically booked a sea view room expecting a relaxing stay with beautiful views and peaceful evenings. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. If you book a room on the sea-facing side, be aware that you may be directly exposed to the noise from the hotel's entertainment area, bar, and evening music. There is loud music, constant chatter, and general noise well into the evening. Even with the balcony doors fully closed, a significant amount of noise still came through. What was most frustrating was the apparent lack of concern. It seemed as though everyone acted as if this was completely normal, despite the disturbance to guests who may have specifically chosen a sea view room for the atmosphere and tranquility. The sea view itself is OK, but if you're looking forward to sitting on your balcony in the evening, listening to the waves, and enjoying a peaceful environment, this is probably not the right choice. The location is far from the quiet, relaxing seaside experience that many travelers expect. Pros: Good location. Cons: Excessive evening noise from music and the bar area, poor sound insulation, lack of a peaceful atmosphere. I would only recommend this hotel to guests who enjoy a lively nightlife atmosphere. Those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday may be disappointed. ⭐⭐☆☆☆

Had a great time Hotel reception staff helpful and friendly.Breakfast good Hotel clean! No problem.Apart from the Oliviers the Bar restaurant food was good but the Manager needs educating in customer service and relations. He caused a scene over taking a glass to my room expected me to take a paper cup for drinks we had paid 30euro for. Reception told us to take glasses from the dining and he took them off us saying they were his as well. Matter was getting out of hand and silly but instead of resolving it he continued with his stupid manner.The reception personnel went into the kitchen brought another glass similar to the ones in the room, which I didn't have as the cleaner had omitted to leave one.So all sorted , that is all he needed to do so poor customer service and relations on that point.

A great hotel, comfortable rooms and a nice pool area. Right opposite the gorgeous beach and near shops and restaurants Outstanding staff in all areas, everyone so friendly and helpful
