Magaluf Playa Apartments

We were here for 4 nights in a 4-bed room. First of all, I have to say that I expected much worse after reading the reviews. The room itself was large and quite alright. The pool area was also fine, even if it wasn't super modern anymore. The lounge chairs just weren't entirely clean. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. We also didn't have any problems like sewage odors or ants. We were out and about a lot ourselves (partying, etc.), and one night around 4:00 AM, there was loud noise for 20 minutes in the hallway because of other hotel guests. Otherwise, not much else stood out negatively. The accommodation itself is located right in the middle of the action, and you don't have to walk far to the beach either. In the hotel itself, there were mainly many young Italians and French people. The reception is somewhat hidden in the northernmost tower. The lobby area opposite looked a bit outdated. You can store or "drop off" luggage here, but there is no one to monitor it. Everything was just lying on a larger table. Our room was not ready at 3:00 PM, and we had to wait 30 minutes. Late check-out is offered, and according to a note, you should let them know at least one day before departure if you would like to take advantage of it, which we did. However, we were then suddenly told that we should ask again on the morning of the departure day itself whether it would even be possible, due to the occupancy afterwards. We then decided against it. Soap and a bath mat for the shower were missing. We received the latter afterwards upon asking at the reception. Overall, the accommodation can be recommended for a short party vacation. The budget allows for it.

I stayed in these apartments from July 23 to July 28, 2026, with my friends and I was satisfied with them. I must premise that the rumors about the hygiene level of the facility are true, but these apartments are designed for young people who want to have fun without spending too much in Magaluf, not for families with high expectations. Furthermore, there are many positive aspects: top location right in the center, a very stimulating atmosphere full of young people and great opportunities to socialize and meet people, kind and helpful staff, and adequate organization. I recommend these apartments to groups of young people looking for a vacation where they can party, have fun, and step out of their comfort zone.

Went for a week in a room of 4 lads for a lads holiday all 20yrs old. Booked it as it was cheap and then looked at reviews which didn’t fill us with much hope. After arriving we was surprised with the room, only small but managed to fit 4 of us in, big balcony, no smell like other reviews say, beds were fine for what you pay. Only downside is bathroom is very small which causes the whole of the floor to get wet when using the shower and we thought the toilet may have been leaking as it was easily moveable. The staff were all super friendly even when we checked out late, bar staff all loved a joke and loved serving everyone. Can’t say anything bad about the pool, you pay for what you get for. Location is great, 5 minutes from the main strip and the beach, literally next door to BCM and plenty of food places around.
