Air conditioning in the dining hall was a no-go, fans were only turned on after being asked at well over 30 degrees, air conditioning in the room worked minimally, elevators broken every other day, guests got stuck, staff in the dining hall totally overwhelmed (also due to heat), daily noise at breakfast from steam cleaners right in front of the breakfast terrace, food tasted good, only much of it fried to death or too dry, schnitzel 2 mm thick, breading one cm on each side, kitchen couldn't keep up with the number of guests, therefore long lines and waiting, and it was mentioned nowhere that one had to eat in two shifts. Guests who had been there more often said that none of this existed in previous years.

The hotel is highly recommended. The staff was very friendly, and the food was very good and varied. Rooms on the upper floors are recommended, as the view is beautiful. Rooms were also cleaned daily. The location right by the beach and near public transport is ideal. A no-go is the sun terrace! It can only be reached by stairs for retirees and families with strollers. The loungers by the pool are also insufficient.
