Arcadia

Absolutely love the staff carlos here hes amazing. We had to stay an extra night due to airlines been on strike booked the day before we came and the receptionist told us to book online as I tried it was saying it was all booked ahead phoned a manager and it was online for an amazing price , upon arrival they decided to upgrade us and give us a lovely apartment ! This has been an amazing stop of gap and like the last 5 years I will deffo be visiting again. Love you all thank you so so so much for what you have done x

Hotel Arcadia is a hotel in the Arenal, east side of Palma. Not being really familiar with all the areas of the island, me and my friend booked a room in what seemed to be a decent-enough hotel. It turned out to be the most trashy and loud hotel ever seen. Not only there is not AC in the rooms, the people around screaming and playing loud music have made the whole experience terrible. What is more, the “guard” at night, treated us like we were criminals every time we’d go back at night, checking our room number with very rude and unprofessional manners. We did not have a pleasant experience overall. The cleaning service was okay, but towels should be changed every day! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were here for 5 days / 4 nights and the time was without any problems. Hotel was silent, sleeping was quite fine, just there was no air conditioning. But we didn´t have any problems with noise. Hotel is situaded in quiet part of Arenal. I have to pick up a lot of nice staff - everyone was really nice and helpful. Every day the rooms were tidy and the towels changed. Breakfest was simple and the same, but it corresponds to the price. I have nothing to criticize, if you like low-cost traveling, this hotel is for you. Not for people how like stay at room or by swimming pool all day (pool is small) . But we were every all day by the beach, so for us, hotel was just for sleeping and tasty draft beer on terrace bar, when we came from beach :-) Beach is beautiful , you don´t need more :-) (But, do not buy trip to Magaluf! We were here for party night and was so bad - so much really young drunk people and vomit everywhere) El Arenal is ideal pleace, if you like party summer, clean nice beach, shopping, pubs, but i think, that this place it isn´t for children and people who want relaxing vacation without people ).
