We stayed at this hotel this year. The location is good, and the overall service is quite decent. However, there are some very significant downsides that, in our opinion, should be taken into consideration when choosing this hotel. First and foremost, the soundproofing is terrible, and you also need to be very lucky with the location of your room. Unfortunately, we were not. 1. We could hear the constant humming of air-conditioning units and other equipment 24/7. The noise was so noticeable that we could barely sleep during the first two nights, and it took us some time to get used to it. 2. Every night, we were literally jolted awake whenever other guests returned to their rooms, as the doors slam with incredible force and there is virtually no sound insulation. 3. And just when you might finally get some sleep, the early morning noise begins: deliveries to the hotel, garbage bins being collected, and everything rattling loudly over the cobblestone pavement. There were also a few smaller issues that, while not critical on their own, added to our overall impression. When we checked in, we found dirty glasses with dried wine residue in the room. One of the light bulbs was constantly flickering, and although a kettle was provided, it had been placed on a shelf with no power outlet nearby. As a result, we had to keep moving the kettle over to the bedside table whenever we wanted to use it. As for the food, don’t expect much variety at breakfast — the selection is practically the same every day. Dinner costs €34 per person, yet even water is not included and has to be purchased separately. Overall, the hotel has a good location and decent service, but the poor soundproofing and constant noise significantly affected our stay. If you are sensitive to noise or looking for a truly relaxing and peaceful holiday, I would recommend taking these points into account before booking.

I had booked a room with a large bed, but upon my arrival, I was assigned a room with two separate beds. I immediately contacted the front desk to request a room change. Unfortunately, I was told that it was not possible and, as the only solution, they sent housekeeping to push the two beds together to make a "split king" bed. This solution is absolutely not acceptable. This is not what I had booked nor what I expected from my stay. I am very disappointed by the lack of consideration given to my request and by the lack of effort to find a real solution. This type of service does not correspond to the level of quality that one has the right to expect
