Bella Playa

The hotel is a great place to do whatever you want. It's quite a big complex, with 3 outside pools and one internal heated pool where the spa is located. It's near one of the most beautiful beaches of the Northwestern side of the island which in July is quite crowded. The area that is located is full of Hotels and Resorts so you can literally find everything you may need from Super Market, Pharmacy, a variety of shops. If you're like us you need to rent a car and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mallorca either it is a beach (more than 200 to pick your favourite) or it is a small village somewhere in the mountains (You should visit Valdemossa and Soller at any cost). The hotel offers a variety of foods in a buffet style for Botha breakfast and dinner which is a great deal. The cleanliness is great and they change towels every day, as long as you put them on the floor. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite good and spacious. The only problem is the extremely small refrigerator which is not cooling even 2 bottles of water. If it's possible to ask for a room that's facing the pool which is a nice scenery. Kids also have a lot of things to do, and having a walk towards the port in just under 10 minutes is a great way to spend your evenings. One thing that could be better is that most of the hotel's employees speak Spanish, German but not so good English. Everyone was talking to us in Spanish which was not a major problem because all of the personnel were smiling and they always tried their best to serve all of their guests. The hotel also offers a paid parking spot which is a good thing to do especially if you drive a big car like a van. We also had lunch one day but the pool and everything was so delicious. One thing that is disturbing but it's a common thing I've seen in every hotel is the fact that you pay to drink water at dinner and you're being charged for a small bottle of steel water for an amount of 2.5€. All in all we've had a great time spending 8 days in July which is the peak of the tourist period and never faced a serious problem. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is recommendable in every respect. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The food is outstanding. The rooms, the pool area, and all other rooms are very clean. The sea can be reached on foot in five minutes. A small tip for your arrival: when you are standing downstairs in front of the stairs to the entrance, there is a hidden side entrance to the right next to it, which is wheelchair accessible. I would definitely like to come back. Thank you very much for the great stay.

Hotel super clean! Food a 12 out of 10!!! Great selection always fresh and very very delicious! Facility also top maintained. Were there with our 9 month old baby, beach is reachable in approx. 5-10 min on foot! With older children, it would be difficult in my opinion, since there is no children's pool now. If we didn't have a baby now, we would come back anytime 😍
