Kind welcome. Decent breakfast. It's a pretty far cry from the city centre that deserves to be updated.

MONEY, HATE OF TOURISTS, DISRESPECTFULNESS, DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST, ALL THIS NEGARIVES represented by ONLY 1 PERSON , MS. LINA from the reception, I felt very unwelcome, just ask no question, question nothing, IMMEDIATELY she reacts stressed, overwhelmed, then speaks in Spanish comment, which I did not understand, booked 3 months before and paid immediately 351 euros + 19.80 euros tax on the spot, this woman made me feel her personal dislike ruthlessly. When I asked her how the tourist tax was made up, she immediately reacted with sullen fury. Hastily, hastily, she presented a document of the Spanish government.........with the remark:"we want to be right here too."  L. gave me one of the worst rooms, with a view into the SHAFT (so the words of its designation ) of the building interior, lying down. I should be glad about it, she said, because originally L. had a room downstairs, noisy because it was right on the PEDESTRIAN PATH, BUSY ROAD. She expected gratitude, no criticism........what comes to mind. Rooms of this type + worse, are offered only to tourists. That's the rest OF THE REMAINING, NO SPANISH WILL BE HARMED. Below me the same room first a tourist from CZECH REP. afterwards a GERMAN in it. They do NOT offer these rooms to their own compatriots/Spanish. FOR BOOKING 3 MONTHS BEFORE ARRIVAL, 100 PERCENT A ROOM WITH BEAUTIFUL LOCATION + VIEW WOULD HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE. IF YOU ONLY WANT TO, IF YOU WANT TO BE FAIR. BUT NEITHER IS THE CASE. AND I'M NOT SPANISH NOR. UNLUCKY. I FEEL SORRY FOR EVERY CENT THIS HOUSE HAS EARNED FROM ME. IN THIS SENSE OLÈ Brigitte Knoke 16.10.2025
