Holiday started off with a nighmare of a walk just trying to find the room. Found the room, it was disgusting, dirty splatter marks all over rhe floors, paint work an absolute mess, the front door and a huge hole at the bottom, the kitchen cupboards were hanging on by a thread. Went to reception and showed them the photos. They gave us a new room instantly. Wasn't a huge Improvement but it was good enough to stay. If you hVe O blood type. Good luck - ive been eaten alive by mozzies. Can't use the kitchen in the apartment
As soon as you do ants appear! The flooring on the hallway to our apartment was broken and caused us to slip. To walk around the site is dangerous, no one drives slowly and there are no pavements. The breakfast was awful. Who on earth wants mash potatoes and brocoli for breakfast?! And to top it off, half way through our holiday, they decided to change the hotel room keys from bellvue to 07 be klub without telling us so at one point we were locked out and had to come back to reception for new key cards. Some people call this place hellvue - I agree!! Do not book this place its a dump
