We have just finished our second summer holiday at TUI Lagomonte, and once again it was an excellent experience! A special thank you to the hotel manager, Rosanna, and to the entire reception team for their kindness, professionalism, and for always making us feel welcome. Their attention to guests really makes a difference. We would also like to give a big thank you to Cristian from the entertainment team. He did an outstanding job keeping everyone engaged with fun activities throughout the day. His energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable. The bar staff, both during the day and in the evening, were always friendly, welcoming, and served everyone with a smile. Their great service was truly appreciated. The food was always fresh, with plenty of variety, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. This is the second year we have spent our summer holidays at TUI Lagomonte, and everything has been excellent once again. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a relaxing, friendly, and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to the entire team—we look forward to coming back!

We went for 5 nights as a girls holiday (we're 19) as was thoroughly impressed! the location is good only a 20 minutes to the beach and one of the good clubs (banana club which i would 100% recommend). Although it is a bit of a walk to things it's nice to go back somewhere quiet not full of people making noise. The atmosphere was good, i would say more family friendly orientated with the entertainment at night and the kids pool but this didn't stop us enjoying our time there. The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom, we had a cleaner everyday which was appreciated, only downside was how small the balcony was however all 3 of us did fit on (when the room is usually for 2 people). I slept on the sofa bed which was comfy as well as my friends beds too. Overall it was good value for money, we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of food in the buffet and how nice the pool was. the reps at the hotel were also very helpful too as well as the bar staff which tidied our plates away and were quick when ordering drinks. I would recommend for a budget holiday for someone our age as the club was brilliant as well as the english bars around alcudia or a family wanting to chill by the pool!
