Can Calco

Fully defrosted decoration. It detracts from how beautiful the house is... There's no hot water. There is also no hand soap or amenitis as advertised in the photos... There is no minibar, no coffee maker, no thermos as advertised on Booking. Breakfast is in the hotel next door, (hotel Riera )quite poor for the price... TV doesn't work either... Claiming hot water to shower, the receptionist at the Riera Hotel, which is where you have to go for breakfast... tells us to let the water run for 5 or 10 minutes... even then the water comes out freezing. I find it terrible that the water is not taken care of since it is a scarce commodity on the islands.... We leave without being able to shower, of course, we have paid 100% of all the services we have NOT received.... Unfortunate

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst cycling across the island. It was a lovely hotel and our room was on the ground floor, so right next to the pool. There was no restaurant at night but this was not a problem as there was a good restaurant across the road. A very peaceful hotel in a beautiful setting.

The hotel is really cute and charming: beautiful large and comfortable rooms with the view on the olive trees and the mountains in the distance. The breakfast is really good and abundant. I cannot say the same for the restaurant. We had dinner yesterday and there is a 5 plate menu, the lady told us there was one fish plate and one duck plate without telling what type of fish and the preparation. When we asked what type of fish was she couldn't reply. The duck was served with one kilo of pineapple at the side that was simply too much for the amount of meat there was. I warmly recommend only for the hotel.
