Casas de Cala Ferrera

Quickly booked holiday for a little 4 day break. Not a bad place. Room is lovely and big. Food so far is nice. Amenities good. Loads to do. Separate units over various site. Beach is 2 minutes away. Staff lovely and friendly. Areas clean and tidy.

Avoid at all costs! Disgrace that any company is advertising this as an apartment especially Holiday Gems who we booked with! Multiple light switches don't work, the sofa bed is filthy and smells strongly of urine, the bed sheets were dirty, the toilet has thick black dirt round the bottom, the kitchen is unusable as the fridge has frozen over inside and has a layer of mould, the oven has no shelves and seen as the apartment is made for 4 people there isn't enough cutlery for the 4 of us and to top it off the cutlery that was available was rusty! There's only 2 plug sockets in the apartment that work, the bathroom light has no light fitting just a bulb and the fuse box has no cover on it! Absolutely disgusting! I wouldn't even let me dog live in this apartment let alone a family! Also the pool outside was full of algae and leaves so it was clear it hasn't been cleaned for a fair amount of time and along with that there are rips in some of the sun loungers!

Stayed 8 nights. Asked for high floor and we got very large 2 bedroom apartment on top floor. It was very clean and had everything you needed for self catering. It was cleaned every other day with clean towels provided. Had the whole pool and area to ourselves every day. We visited Carla Ferrera Apartments But preferred our own witch were much quieter. Supermarket 80 meters down road with everything you could need. Beer at Carla Ferrera 3.5 euros beer at supermarket 90 cents no brainer. Everybody involved with apartments were very friendly Would definitely visit again.
