Hotel location is fantastic, lots of shops, restaurants and the beach is very close by
The hotel is rated as a four star but I have stayed in better four star hotels.
The hotel and room was very clean and kept in good condition but the facilities let it down
The hairdryer only worked for a minute then switched off, the toilet tricked and did not flush properly, the showers are poor
Aircon was good but TV only had 3 channels
The gym has aircon but very little in choice of equipment
The pool areas were clean, however the pools had green around the edges and in the water
Sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable and due to the water being green, towel changes were needed which was a charge of 1 euro!
The restaurant was well kept and the staff very friendly and nice
Breakfast selection ok, but not that much variety
No fruit like apples etc, only laid out fruit
Baked beans hard and tasteless
Dinner lots of choice and good grill area, cake selection was fantastic and replenished well
Entertainment was ok but quite flat apart from one lady who was sensational, had everyone up dancing, well air conditioned area which was needed in the heat , all bar staff were fab
The spa area is really nice which was a bonus to the hotel
Hotel is on a slight hill which is ok as not too steep, but such an ideal location
We did a boat trip with Cruise Cormoran it was really good , highly recommend

Been a week back from this hotel can now give our review. Lets start with the hotel itself , it has thee different parts to the main building and two others, that's the problem people come from other parts to your part and swamp the pool because they don't like theirs or cant get in it, or they come and take over by playing with balls in the pool so people cant swim.
The area itself is very nice large beach with plenty of room for everyone , but the week we were there
it was invaded by loads of young Irish who quickly took over the bars and restaurant's so you had to queue outside until a table was free.
Back to the hotel the food was average sometimes poor especially the meat dishes, tough with veins running through it, but i will say you cant beat the Spanish when it comes to pastries etc.
There is a small hill leading up to the entrance which on some days i had a job to walk up because it was so hot I kept stopping to breathe. so stayed in our room a lot to keep out of the heat.

We arrived early June to be met by Xenon on reception who explained everything to us & pointed to where we had to go too , whilst explaining the key situation and towel situation forgot to give us our towels ( soon sorted )
This piece needs looking @ by the management urgently we went across the road to the Sky building gate , once opened we were met with approx 4 steps then a short flat piece of slabbing to another approx 8-9 steps this is not acceptable imo , once @ the bottom of the steps you then had to make your way alongside the pool / sun beds, very dangerous if you haven’t your wits about you .
Once inside the building we then found another entrance which is far safer than walking down steps, management sort this out now!!!!!!!
The hotel & room was extremely clean
There was plenty of choice of food you wouldn’t go hungry .
No towels laid before 08-30 whilst I was there so plenty of choice of bed , one thing the pool is short of is parasols needs sorting asap
No complaints checking out & food was available before 06-30
