A perfect holiday for myself and my teen son. Loved playing padel, table tennis every evening, pools were great, beautiful walk down to port de pollensa (there is a free shuttle but we were happy to walk, didn't take long maybe 10 minutes), bus stop outside hotel which we took to visit pollenca. Food was lovely and staff amazing. I wanted a hotel stay that didn't attract loud boozy families and this was just that! Family friendly, lovely atmosphere.

We had a 2 bed apartment, which was great - spotlessly clean, lots of space. Kitchen well equipped but we didn't eat in the apartment as we had half board. Food was plentiful and varied, catering for different palettes. Quiet location and shuttle bus to the beach was great. Staff were great especially Luciana (?) the entertainment guy. Really friendly, good fun my daughters really enjoyed the darts, pool, rifle shooting & padel tennis. Would recommend this hotel, there were lots of people who return year on year!

Lovely clean apartments with helpful, friendly staff. Pool and other areas were well maintained and clean. Daily room service if required. Although a 10/15min walk from the main part of Puerto Polenca it was a good location and offered a free shuttle bus up until 7pm. Would definitely return.
