Hi Bouganvilla Sa Coma

The best thing about this hotel is the entertainment team absolutely fabulous. Nothing is ever too much there energy is unmatched . They are so accommodating and make the experience amazing! They are always happy and full of smiles want to give a special mention to Letizia she is fabulous. She has so much energy and is just a bundle of joy. She lights up every room with her energy and aura. She honestly made our time so amazing. Pier was also fabulous every night selling the bingo tickets and full of joy and happiness . We appreciate them all just absolutely great All the entertainment team were fabulous as a group .

We stayed at the Globales Bouganvilla and have just returned after a week. The rooms were very basic with no kettle and very basic amenities but were cleaned daily and the rooms were clean. For extras you had to hire for example I had to hire an iron and ironing board. Pools were brilliant they are very deep the two main pools but were all kept clean and the kids loved the splash park which was also clean. Everyday was a fight to get a sunbed around the main pool unless you was up early to reserve one. Food was not brilliant we ended up eating out twice due to how basic it was and getting bored of the food. Hotel is all inclusive but doesn’t include ice creams, cocktails included are very limited and there is also quite a lot of added on extras such as arcades at evening entertainment each evening there are bouncy castles and trampolines which are all extra.

We loved it here as a family with two teenagers. We were in Magnolia area, room 292 which was ground floor right next to the beach volleyball area. Good location for everything. Rooms are basic but well cleaned and towels changed daily if you choose to. We had to ask for pool towels as we didn’t have any but it was soon sorted. €1 to change them for fresh if you wanted to. Air con in the room was brilliant! Very quiet and cooled the room down fast. It could also be left on as the rooms don’t need a keycard left in to activate the electricity. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which had twin beds pushed together in a bedroom and in the lounge there was a sofa bed which pulled out from underneath, we placed it on top of the sofa so it was a proper height bed. Then a pull down bed from the wall. All were comfortable and clean! Shower was very powerful, so much so that we had to turn it down a bit! There was a funky drain smell occasionally in our room, which normally subsided after a short while, but on one day was unbearable, it even woke me up. We were heading out for the day so left it to see if it cleared before we reported and it did. Pool was great, good atmosphere with music and the animation team doing activities at one end every day. Inflatables etc allowed. Was warm to get in but then it was 30 degrees day and night whilst we were there and quite humid! Bring a fan for the evening entertainment, it’s warm under the tent! Even outside of it, it’s very warm. Entertainment was really good, can see a lot of work goes into it. Bingo every night €12 Euros for a full ticket but prize money was around €150 for the line and €450 for the house! We got sun beds round the pool easily every day as we were up and out before 9 although you could see the sunbed warriors had been out early… the front row is always crammed reserved with towels early on. We preferred to be out of the way at the back though. The Splash park opens at 10am so easy to get sun beds in there anyway and had them available all day. Food is great! Good choices every day. The main restaurant always has a little more choice and was varied. The middle one had a grill so always bbq stuff as well as having a Mexican theme with nachos, tacos and a cheese fondue daily! This restaurant is also open for snacks during the day between meal times and again 10pm to midnight. Burgers, chicken nuggets, hotdogs and meat, cheese and salad plus ice cream. They also have either pastries or biscuits. The pizzeria was great too. Always pizza which was delicious and pasta which is plain with various toppings of choice. They also had a main section with a variety daily. Desserts got a bit samey in all but were nice. All restaurants had ice cream pots and sauces. Sometimes sprinkles were out too. Always fresh fruit and salad available at meal times. The Splashpark had its own snack bar which served burgers, hotdogs, nuggets and chips all day. Breakfast was available in the pizzeria and the main restaurant, with same choices in both. Really nice! Drinks were good, Pepsi, Pepsi max, Fanta (called something different but exactly the same) etc. Beer, red and white wine on tap as self serve and bar service. Machine with juices too. Water available in all restaurants and bars and can fill up water bottles in most too. Sangria was lovely! Few cocktails on the all inclusive which were fine, along with the usual spirits. Staff were all VERY hardworking. Literally, they don’t stop. Most have a smile on their face too and are friendly. Wendy on reception was the loveliest lady. Our transfer didn’t turn up to pick us up (still in a row with Tui over this - absolutely despicable service from them I must say). But Wendy was brilliant, sorted us out with a taxi so we didn’t miss our flight and provided us with evidence we’d been waiting so we could claim it back from Tui. The free bus to the beach was fab. It gets busy but the driver does his best to get you on and it comes round again quick if not. It only takes 5-10 mins each way. We also got a taxi to Cala Millor for a walk around which was just under €8. Late checkout options are great! We flew home at 1:25am so if we’d had to be out the room at 11am it would have been a long day. They do offer shower facilities and luggage storage. But we had the room right up to the time we checked out at 21:30 and it cost €58 (for up to 24hrs) so worth it as we could have a normal day by the pool and then shower etc and meals before packing up and heading for the bus. Think it was €48 for up to 6pm and they had cheaper options for shorter time too. Overall a great holiday. Could do with more staff on the bars in my opinion to help reduce the queues but other than that brilliant hotel!
