Hi Condes de Alcudia

I don't do reviews but this place deserves it! Location wise amazing, right by a public bus stop which mention travel from the airport and surrounding towns was super convenient. Very close to a lovely beach with clear water and also right next to shops. Many restaurants close by too. The hotel itself was spotless and you're not short of seating inside or outside to sit back with a drink in either the garden areas, by the fountain by the pool or just outside the bar. Food was top class - i don't usually like buffet food but everything was just amazing and often came back with 5 plates - put yourself out there and try something new - lots of regional food plus everything else you'd expect. That counts for breakfast lunch and dinner. I've got to get myself one of those cocktail machines too! Now to the people - the reception staff, the bar staff, the entertainment, the food and waiting staff were top class. Couldn't do enough for you. Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful - one phone call from these guys got me a rental car outside in 10 minutes. Animation team were amazing - friendly and just hilarious. You look forward to what they are bringing when you see them on the board for the nights Entertainment. Bar staff - honestly feel like they were my personal friends by the end. A proper good vibe all round. Special mention to Deme, Joan Luc, Jona and Dani. Truly miss this place and I will be back! Thanks again

We spent one of the best trip of our lives. We went there for 12 days and everything was great. Spécial shot out for Claudia and Toni who was extremly kind with us, always smily and a lot of joy to give

The good points, the hotel was presentable and everywhere seemed clean - the cleaning staff doing the rooms were lovely. Decent size pool, but it did get very busy so the benefit of a decent size pool was soon lost. The negative points, the food was pretty awful on the whole. We ended up eating out every night. The restaurant and bar had a handful of pleasant staff, but a lot were miserable, in some cases rude and arrogant. You felt like they were after more cash at every opportunity. The spa is a joke, don’t even bother. If you want to go here to use the bike facilities, there aren’t any. It’s all shut down and you have to go to an external company to hire bikes. The entertainment staff, Demi and a Polish lady, were great fun and really made an effort and there was a great lady on reception, but sadly we wouldn’t go back to this hotel.
