Holiday Center

We’re just back from a brilliant week at the holiday centre and I’d highly recommend it Staff brilliant, place is immaculate and location is ideal for all the bars and amenities Santa ponsa has to offer

We stayed here in 2024 and decided to come back when we realised they had built another pool. The thing that put us off the last time was the lack of sunbeds, unfortunately the extra pool has not sorted this and we didn't get beds one day. I would recommend they invest in 5 or 6 extra sunbeds as there is plenty of space for them now. As last time the room was very nice and a decent size, very clean and tidy with great aircon. The bar staff were lovely and very quick at serving. We've already booked for 2027 and hopefully they will have more beds by then!

Actually a very nice facility in a good central location, however, our apartment was very dirty and quite worn out. For example: Mold in the bathroom and in the living/dining room, dead insects on the floor and on the walls, blood stains on the toilet, smeared doors and door handles, the shower was almost falling apart. The cleaning staff simply placed the fresh towels on the dirty outdoor stairs on the ground during the room cleaning. Additionally, we had booked an apartment for 4 people, but there were only beds for 3 people (a double bed and a sofa bed for one person). The breakfast buffet was arranged so unappetizingly that it killed any appetite. Fortunately, we were only there for one night. Anyone who values cleanliness will not find joy in this hotel. Positive: The staff was very nice.
