Very nice and quiet hotel! Everyone was helpful, lots of activities ( yoga,Pilates, origami towels, shooting ,etc)we had lots of fun with the entertainers, the reception was amazing, delicious food and nice bar staff! Highly recommend.

After reading a number of positive reviews on Trip Advisor, we thought that this four-star hotel was the right choice for a fantastic holiday on Mallorca. So wrong you can make. We have never been so happy before that finally departure day came. When we first arrived at the hotel we were greeted by an enthusiastic receptionist, who had very much on the heart. We were tired after a long journey and would like to get assigned rooms, but it wasn’t that easy. The receptionist should inform about everything, from a to a. Every time we thought we were done and about to go, we were clearly told if she had more to tell us. The queue behind us became longer and longer by warm and sweaty people. Yes, for heat and sweat is something you must find yourself in at this hotel. Here the air conditioning is centrally controlled and from 4 a.m. to the next morning, when the air conditioning is set to about zero. There are enough switches to adjust the air conditioning, but ultimately it is the hotel that decides how you sleep at night. And we slept well? No, it was like you got cooked alive. After having been out in the sun during the daytime it is usually nice to come to the room and cool down, but not at this hotel. The noise from the air conditioning is there, but there is zero cooling and everything in the room becomes moist. We complained and complained and finally got changed rooms, but it was just as bad there. Then we got each spring fan on the night table without it helping much. In addition, there was constant noise from both the air conditioning and the fans. The pool area of the hotel was very nice and there was plenty of sunbeds. If you were to lie there, you had to wear not only sunscreen, but spray yourself with mosquito spray. Because at this hotel there are mosquitoes around the clock and they're very aggressive, Asian tiger mosquitoes. Even at breakfast buffet you were hunted by mosquitoes. Everyone had huge mosquito sticks in the hops, it looked almost like we had had a byllepest. And the mosquito sticks, those claws lean after you've come back from vacation. Mosquito machine, mosquito spray or mosquito candle, nothing bites on Asian Tiger Mosquito. So why had the hotel not chosen to spend money on a large mosquito collector, with a radius of several hundred meters? No, they chose to spend money on pool entertainment. One can wonder a little about the choice of entertainment. I can't believe the one who booked the season's entertainment was sober the day it was done. In a hotel where all guests are over 18 years old, they choose to hire in other than acrobat/clown who cycles around the pool and jongles. In addition, they had various activities, such as folding towels or throwing peanut bags. Was there much support from the guests for folding towels? No, three came up, for a shock. At the pool they had also rented in a swimming guard. A young girl came in the morning and sat on a chair until it was six, when the pool closed. In other words, after 6 a.m., it was free for all couples to swim without supervision....In the evening you could eat at either the buffet restaurant or the a la carte restaurant. The latter closed when the buffet restaurant opened. We tried none of the parts and had only breakfast. At first glance, the breakfast buffet seemed impressive, except that you had a dozen more mosquito bites when you went out again. On the buffet, the food stood out for hours without cooling with an inside temperature of up to 30 degrees. All the fruit was over-fried and the melon fell apart when you were going to get it on the plate. Out in the reception they had put forward a container with water and lemons and beautiful wine glasses. The container did not have refrigeration and stood there for days. Eventually, the water was grim and it was difficult to see which fruit lay floating in the surface. We had cleaners in the room every day, which is basically positive. They left the doors of the room open for longer while changing towels and studying your trash. If you had empty beer boxes, the cleaner was clear and said you were an alcoholic. Yes and so you had got a bunch of exotic guests to your room, after everything was open for longer. So then it was only to look forward to close contact overnight. So if you love to be hunted by mosquitoes, experience poor entertainment, gamble on the quality of food and get a touch of the cleaner, yes then this hotel is for you.
