Hotel Luna - Luna Park

I booked this hotel as a last minute deal, was a bit sceptical after seeing some of the reviews. However, we found it lovely!! The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, there was aircon in the rooms, lovely restaurant staff too and lovely food. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airport- the local company Plan B Taxi S.L- 618 187 014 I really recommend as well, lovely air conditioned cars and €20 from the airport. There’s lots of great experiences to do nearby such as the land train, lovely local shops and businesses, restaurants (many to choose from), mini golf, Palma Aquarium, Quad biking, Rent a 4 seater bike, fish spa and much more! Overall this was a very nice and pleasant stay, don’t be put off by negative reviews as we had a lovely time and definitely made memories to remember. Thank you Ona Luna.

We found this hotel great! The reception staff and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had air con and were comfortable. It’s close to the beach and lots of local shops and attractions, and nice and close to the airport also. The locals were friendly and accommodating. We’d recommend a stay here- especially if you are younger! It was good value for money.

Upon arrival, helpful and kind staff. Varied and abundant breakfast buffet. The dinner could have been better, always a buffet, overall satisfactory. Room cleanliness was so-so. One day they didn't clean at all, the next day they didn't leave towels (then they were given to us at the reception). Drinks are not included with dinner but the prices are affordable. Too bad about the nighttime hours as there is a lot of confusion from people yelling and talking all night long. For those with a rental car, it is very difficult to find parking both far away and nearby.
