Hotel Rural Son Mas

We are a couple of residents looking for a quiet hotel with a spa to disconnect. In the end, based on the reviews we had and the photos, we decided on this option. When we say we leave with a bittersweet feeling, it is because the water in the Spa pool is not heated in the slightest. It is impossible to swim at this time of year. Had we known, we would have opted for another option. I believe this is an aspect that should be specified so that people are aware of it. The truth is that it has been a shame, as the facilities of the place are spectacular, and at least we could rest on the loungers by the outdoor pool. Regarding the restaurant, since we had dinner included, the food was very good, but the service was very slow. We had to wait almost an hour from the appetizer to the main course. In summary, aside from these two aspects that I believe are important, the place is very quiet, beautiful, and cozy, ideal if your goal is to spend a few days resting.

Service 5 star Food 5 star Cleanliness 5 star Value for money 4 star Sleep quality 5 star Wonderful Hotel, peaceful with a perfect pool in size and temperature. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting something a little special .

I don't normal write reviews of hotels, but I just got back from the Rural Son Mas with my children, and I was so impressed with the hotel I wanted to write a review. From the minute we arrived, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building itself is beautiful and has been thoughtfully restored. The grounds are phenomenal, and the view from the pool was lovely and so relaxing. Dinner in the evening was cooked to order and was delicious. So was the breakfast. If you are looking for a charming, family orientated hotel which is non corporate and very personal, I would totally recommend the Son Mas. We can't wait to return.
