We have just returned from a 6 day stay at the hotel. Age ranges 11-75 yrs old. On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, you can hire beach towels and safe at the hotel. Firstly there is a hill and its not a small hill, my mum struggled with it and would get a taxi back to the hotel in the evening , it was never more than €5. The views from the hotel are great due to the hillside location. We were in room 585, we didn't sleep the 1st night due to people arriving home all through the night and banging the door from reception, the cleaners also clean the communal area around 7.30 outside the bedroom window which woke us up.
The food was hot and a good selection, not huge but the hotel feels small it was enough choice for us all.
Our room was nice and our air conditioning was ice cold, the beds were comfortable.
You can hire paddle boards and kayaks at the hotel and you go out in a small group which is free and really nice.
Aside from the staff the BEST bit for me is the sun beds, no getting up at 7am to rush to get a bed. We had breakfast around 8am and then went to the pool where no more than 4 or 5 beds would have been reserved. There were a few people who put towels out and would not use them until the afternoon, but these were the minority. Plenty of loungers were available still at lunchtime.
The hotel is on the edge of the area but its a short walk to get to shops and bars.
