Modern hotel. The room was clean and cozy, only the double bed was a little narrower. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The pool and the surroundings were absolutely perfect. Very nice and friendly staff. The beach is a few steps away from the hotel. Parking was always available in the streets around.

HONEST Review We stayed here recently on a Half Board basis and as a British M/F Couple in our 50s. Hotel was in a quiet location, similar to Benidorm Old Town, and approx 150 metres from the Beach. Hotel staff were friendly. There were a couple of members of staff that were not good with English and this sometimes caused a language barrier BUT we managed in the end. We initially requested an adapted room on the ground floor BUT it was too small and overlooked a busy side road, it also had a bad smell of Dogs in the corridor. Therefore, we were offered an upgraded Superior Room on the Top Floor at an additional cost of €25 Euros per night. The room was spacious with a Super King size bed PLUS a Pool and Sea view which justified the upgrade charge. The bathroom was a bit dated though. However, we were surprised to be charged €4.50 per night to use the in-room safe. With it being a 4 star hotel we expected it to be included for free as with other 4 star Hotels we have stayed in. Our Room was cleaned daily, bed was made and towels changed. Unfortunately there are no Privacy Screens seperating the Balconies between rooms. The Hotel had a nice quiet relaxed Vibe throughout and the Pool area had relaxing music playing. A mixture of different nationalities, being mostly German / Italian families and couples, were staying at the Hotel, l think we were the only British Guests staying. Restaurant evening meals were a bit repetetive and hit and miss, with some of the chicken being under-cooked as well. Would we stay here again ? Possibly BUT on a B&B only basis due to the evening meals and if this was an option. They would also need to knock the charge off to use the Safe.

Excellent location, very close to the beach, warm welcome, nice, friendly, and very respectful staff, excellent cuisine, clean and bright rooms, daily housekeeping... we were very satisfied...
