We had an excellent time for two weeks. Location is great, greenery garden and a laguna nearby, right on the beach. Staff is hard working, helpful, food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was tasty, well seasoned and fresh. Lunch was at the sister hotel - Castell Royal, where service and food was great as well.

It exceeded all our expectations. It is the 3rd year that we stayed at the Universal hotel chain in different cities Universal lagoon Canyamel is located in a paradise area surrounded by pine trees Safe beach crystal clear water Throughout the month of September we enjoy the kindness, professionalism and good dispositions of the staff at the reception of the aforementioned hotel The dining room very good staff very qualified and attentive spacious with variety of dishes The staff in general of other areas toilet exterior or interior cleaning meet high standard especially our thanks to Mrs. Piedad reception and Don Antoni aéra canteen
