The rooms are too cramped for a four-star hotel. The food was the highlight in this hotel, and the staff was nice. However, there are better hotels at the Playa for this price.

First time in this hotel, the property is located in a good location, 100 meters from the sea. From the airport, the A2 bus stops a few meters from the hotel and for Palma city center the bus 25. The hotel stop is Balneari 9. Free car parking in the surroundings. Clean room, well equipped, use of the indoor pool included in the price, half board formula both sweet and savory complete in every detail. Structure to recommend

The very friendly reception has made the stay start well. Room with sea view became a room with full sea view: Thank you for the improvement without asking for it. Room is super clean, the ladies of service friendly, tidy and effortful. When we put a big pillow under the mattress, we slept better the second night 😉. Great view, sufficient bathroom with tub: everything ok. A special highlight is the great breakfast and the varied dinner. Tapas on the excursions are almost too bad, then there is no room for the changing delicacies that the prudent chefs have come up with. Starting the day with a glass of sparkling wine is a holiday feeling. Thanks for the nice stay, highly recommended!
