The hotel needs renovation in terms of maintenance; the paint and everything else is outdated. In the afternoon at reception, there is an older lady with white hair who I don't know what she is doing there because any inquiry you make goes unanswered; she doesn't even know if she prepares a sandwich in the cafeteria, and she doesn't bother to look at you when she talks to you and points you to ask at the bar; I don't know. In short, with the people who are unemployed and eager to work, I don't understand what she is doing there.

If you value customer service, stay far away from this place I made a booking error and contacted the hotel immediately within 24 hours to rectify it. Despite reaching out right away, I was met with total arrogance and zero willingness to help. There is no "grace period" or understanding here—only a cold, hostile refusal to show even the slightest bit of goodwill. For a business in the hospitality industry, their lack of empathy and flexibility is scandalous. If you value customer service, stay far away from this place
