Incredible phone service that I just received from Catalina. Second time I have spoken with her although until the end she did not recognize it. She hung up on me because she did not want to keep talking. I have a credit from a cancellation since August of '23. Since the 24th I have tried to book with them. Via email I have never received a response and by phone they have always told me that they would tell me things. They have never called me or answered a single email. I have been the one who has been calling and having to tell the story every time, since nobody knows anything. And today Catalina, quite rude by the way on the phone, told me that it was from a long time ago and that they were not doing anything. In the email where they tell me about the credit, it does not put a date or how to go about booking. And in the end she hung up on me and spoke with bad manners. The correct thing in a hotel of that category.

We stayed at this hotel and, overall, we were very pleased. The property is beautiful, well-cared for, and well-maintained. The strong point is definitely the corner of paradise with the smaller pool, the hot tub, and the sports fields: a truly relaxing area. About a 7-10 minute walk (with a stretch a bit downhill) you reach a splendid cove, while by car you arrive in 10-15 minutes at some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. If you are looking for tranquility it is an excellent choice. The only aspect to keep in mind is that in the evening you necessarily have to travel by car, because the hotel is not in a central area and there is practically nothing in the surroundings in terms of clubs or nightlife. The restaurant is good and offers a decent variety, even if after a few days dinner turns out to be a bit repetitive. Being a buffet, it is normal for the waiters to pass by often to clear the plates, but sometimes they are really too fast… on more than one occasion I hadn't even finished chewing and the plate was already about to disappear! A little more calm would make the meal definitely more pleasant. Drinks are unlimited, which is very appreciated, but only rather small glasses are provided: after two sips you already have to get up to refill them again. Maybe making pitchers available at the tables would make the service even more convenient. The cleanliness is good, but not excellent. The room was always tidy and we never found obvious dirt, but in a week of stay the sheets were never changed. The most negative note is definitely the parking: especially in the evening, upon returning, finding a spot can become really difficult and you risk having to leave the car quite far away. Overall, however, I would recommend it without problems to those looking for a quiet vacation, in a well-kept facility and in a convenient location to reach the most beautiful beaches in the area by car. If instead you are looking for a hotel from which to go out in the evening to walk among shops and clubs, it is probably better to orient yourself towards a more central area.

Our experience at the hotel left quite a bit to be desired, to be honest. What we can highlight as a favorable opinion is the cleanliness of the common areas and the diversity of activities that the hotel offers; the pools and relaxation areas are very nice. However, for a 4-star hotel, the service from the waiters at dinner and breakfast is quite unpleasant. The supposed "maître d'" spent her time criticizing all the other guests, knowing they couldn't understand her, in addition to chewing gum. It is also worth noting the lack of service they provide; on two occasions we tried to ask for things we needed, and they pointed out where we could find them in a rude manner and without even trying to serve us. Honestly, it was terrible service. On the other hand, the room we were assigned had beautiful views, but unfortunately, they are quite small compared to what they show in the photos at the time of booking. We had booked a full service that, in theory, their website said included a minibar and coffee maker in the room, but we couldn't find them anywhere. The restaurant food is a buffet and we liked it quite a bit; the machine drinks are fine for being free. We would not book again simply because of the poor service from the people who work there.
