Palacio ca sa Galesa

Wonderful old palace , fabulous art.. however zero atmosphere. Maintenance very poor , serious signs of wear in the bathroom , broken tiles… The plumbing does not work , toilet only flushes 1/10 times, used the bin filled with water to flush , told receptionist twice , nothing was done… and same at checkout, zero response or reaction, no apology sadly.:: Safe also didn’t work on arrival had to wait for maintenance… Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and the staff were fabulous different to the nonchalant attitude on reception particularly at checkout.. I rarely review and probably wouldn’t have if we had had an apology for lack of decent plumbing on checkout. Sadly will not be returning.

We went to enjoy the Spa as a couple. Overall, a very good experience Privacy and exclusivity. We miss a shower before and after the experience, as the 3 that are for the circuit, are not suitable for a full shower (head included).

We went on a romantic getaway and it was an exceptional experience. Above all, the private spa stood out, very well equipped and complete for a hotel of this size. The only and small but was the noise that generated the wind at night, but it is something outside the control of the hotel. Finally, Alice was an ideal hostess, a very warm welcome and farewell, the one expected for a five star boutique hotel.
