There are great points of this hotel, staff are fantastic, cleaners are amazing, location is beautiful and views are amazing. There is a small shopping centre across the road, along with small amusement facilities for kids. Shows in evening for kids are great and interactive.
Food is average, not enough selection for kids at buffet and lunch time snacks are repetitive of burgers and hot dogs.
We did not stay premium and I would say we didn’t miss much.
My one major issue is the kids pool, it was far too deep with just a portion of it set to kids. All daytime activities are driven towards adults, and children’s pool is used for this which isn’t great considering there is such a small part of pool which is somewhat shallow. Not good enough for children who are not Olympic swimmers.
The indoor area which has pool table/vending machines is not air conditioned which made it impossible to sit in. There are no snacks available unless you go across to the shops.
All in all, we made the most of our stay as a family of an 8,5 and 4 year old, but would not return as in my opinion this is 3 star resort being sold as a 4 star.

Super pleasant hotel where the staff is professional, very welcoming.
Whether it's the entertainment team, the kids' club (a shout-out to Rachel and Elena for their kindness), all the activities (Marine: you're the best) and shows (Ludo, Jeremy, DJ: musicaaaaa) and Audrey for the fitness 👍
Nice rooms (bravo ladies for the perfection and the transformation of the towels into the shape of a heart, flower, swan----)
The reception, the restaurant, all just as nice as each other, bravo and congratulations to you all!
We feel right at home in this world that is the Palia Maria Eugenia hotel in Mallorca!

I was a bit sceptical about coming after reading reviews saying the non-premium rooms were a little dated, but honestly our stay here was amazing. We stayed in a non-premium room and, personally, I don’t think there’s much benefit to booking a premium room. The themed dinners changed every night, and there was always pizza and pasta available for any picky eaters.
The main pool is 3 metres deep, but by the slides you’re able to stand up, and there’s also a great kiddie splash park. The entertainment team were superb—always happy, friendly and full of energy. The location is gorgeous, just a 5–10 minute walk to two beautiful beaches.
There was never any issue getting sunbeds because guests weren’t allowed to reserve them, which was great. Our room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned every day during our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly too, which was a lifesaver in the heatwave! The all-inclusive drinks were good, and all of the bar staff were really friendly.
I’d 100% recommend this hotel for both couples and families. However, if you’re travelling with young children, it’s worth keeping in mind that there are bars directly outside the front of the hotel, as well as a small funfair, so it can get quite noisy at weekends. It may be worth booking a sea view room instead. For the price we paid, we genuinely couldn’t fault it and would definitely return in the future.
