We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and were overall satisfied. The location is excellent. The bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel, and a bus from the airport goes practically to the front door. The old town can be reached comfortably in about 10–15 minutes on foot. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping options are also easily accessible. The check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The room is rather small, but completely sufficient for a city trip. Positive aspects include the large, comfortable bed, the refrigerator, safe, and television. We did not have a balcony, which was already evident at the time of booking. The room temperature was pleasant even without the air conditioning running. However, the hotel is very noisy. Those who have a light sleep might be disturbed by it. Fortunately, we had quiet neighbors and were able to sleep well. There is still potential for improvement in cleanliness. The toilet and sink were clean; however, the bathroom and window sills were dirty and heavily dusted, and it was clear that the area under the bed had not been cleaned for a long time. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a toilet brush, a toothbrush cup/glass, as well as sufficient towel holders and coat hangers. The hairdryer is somewhat impractical as it only works while the button is held down continuously. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money and is well-suited for a city trip due to its great location. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and some small improvements in the room, five stars would easily be possible.

Bad experience from the moment we arrived; the rude receptionist and the room we were given was very dirty.

4 star hotel? I’ve stayed in better Wetherspoons, the view from the window was a courtyard of derelict tenement buildings, advertised a bar it didn’t open over 7 days, the room had no cupboards or drawers or bedside cabinets just open air hanging space and two shelves, onto the shower this was so small if you bent down you opened the door, the floor was covered with mold. On the positive side you can get a public Bus from the airport to the hotel front door at 4.5 euros
