Quick service. Good music, nice seating and polite staff. Second visit this week for us!

We paid a lot of money for half-pension, but the room we got was very disappointing. We were placed in the first room on the ground floor, right next to the public toilet. This means that we cannot even sit out on the terrace in the evening when our child has fallen asleep, because there is often an unpleasant odor from the area. We are also not satisfied that the bedroom has no window, which makes the room dark and enclosed. The staff is friendly and helpful and we appreciate that. But because of our experience I unfortunately do not think that we would choose this hotel again.

Our holiday with TUI to Hotel Blue Star Paraiso de Alcudia was a big disappointment. The rooms smelled bad, and it was shocking to find that the bedroom had no windows – something one should be informed clearly about before booking. It feels both claustrophobic and completely unacceptable in a so-called 4-star hotel. When we complained to TUI, we just got to know that they are not obliged to provide full information when buying. That attitude clearly shows how little they value their guests. It seems like they're just washing their hands and don't care. The hotel seems more like a 2-star place – absolutely not what you expect when you pay for 4 stars. The service, facilities and the standard of the room do not live up to what is promised. As a guest, you expect honesty and transparency. Here we felt deceived and undervalued. You clearly get less than you pay for. It won't be TUI again for us.
